❓ What is changing?

We’ve tightened security when an admin is impersonating a contact in the Parent Portal. Policy signing is now restricted during impersonation to protect families and maintain system integrity.

💡 Why did Jackrabbit make this change?

Impersonation is a valuable support tool, but it must remain secure. Restricting signing actions ensures sensitive agreements are completed only by the correct user, helping safeguard family data and reduce errors.

🛠️ What do I need to do?

Nothing new. The restrictions apply automatically when you preview a family’s Parent Portal using impersonation permissions.
