❓ What is changing?

You can now create multi-day classes with different start and end times per day when adding a new class. This allows you to manage classes that meet multiple times per week (like Mon/Wed/Fri) as a single linked class, even when each day follows a different schedule.

Varied class times display correctly in the Activities Calendar, Parent Portal, All Classes grid, and confirmation emails.

Note: This feature is available for newly created classes only during this initial rollout.

💡 Why did Jackrabbit make this change?

Many programs run classes that meet on different days with different schedules. Supporting varied class times reduces workarounds, improves schedule accuracy, and better reflects how classes actually operate.

This is the first phase of the feature, focused on setup and testing, with additional enhancements planned.

🛠️ What do I need to do?

To use this feature, head over to Jackrabbit Labs and enable Vary Class Times by Day. After enabling, go to Classes and select Add Class to assign unique times by day.

ℹ️ Helpful Info

Certain functions, like Zapier triggers, custom durations, and Spot TV, are disabled when using varied times and will be prioritized for future updates.
