✨ Camps: Online Camp Listings - 02/12/26
❓ What is changing?
You can now display your camps on your website using the new Display in Online Camp Listings setting. When enabled, admins can copy embeddable code directly from each Camp record to showcase offerings online.
Listings sync directly with your Camp records in Jackrabbit and honor registration dates and maximum enrollment limits. You can also override visibility at the individual session level if needed.
❗ The Register link directs families to the Parent Portal for sign-up or login. Portal Registration must be enabled in Jackrabbit Labs; Camps are not supported by the legacy online registration form.
💡 Why did Jackrabbit make this change?
Many organizations promote camps externally but must manually manage listings or update websites separately from Jackrabbit. Online Camp Listings provide a direct connection between your camp setup and your public-facing site, reducing duplicate work and helping ensure accurate availability information is displayed to families.
🛠️ What do I need to do?
- Ensure Portal Registration (Labs) is enabled so families can complete registration
- Enable Display in Online Camp Listings in the Camp record
- Copy the embeddable code from the Camp
- Add the code to your website or share the direct link
