✨ Camps: Policy Visibility - 02/12/26

❓ What is changing?

Camp policies are now displayed consistently across Jackrabbit to improve tracking and accountability.

Camp policy information now appears in:

• All Families > Data Visuals

• Filters within All Families

• The Policy Groups table in Settings

• The Policies section of Family records (including the associated camp name)

• Policy agreements in the Parent Portal

• Applicable printed materials

Camp policies are now aligned with other activity policies throughout the system.

💡 Why did Jackrabbit make this change?

Camp policies carry the same importance as other activity agreements. Expanding visibility ensures administrators can clearly track which policies have been assigned and accepted, maintain accurate records, and support accountability related to agreements and liabilities.

🛠️ What do I need to do?

No action is required. Camp policies will now automatically appear in the updated locations.

You can use All Families filters and data visuals to review camp policy agreements as part of your regular reporting and compliance processes.
