✨ Recital Management: Recital Builder with AI (🚧Jackrabbit Labs) - 03/12/26
❓ What is changing?
A new Recital Builder with an AI Planning Assistant is now available in Jackrabbit Labs to help you streamline recital program planning. The tool analyzes recital data to generate an initial performance order and identify potential conflicts, such as costume changes or siblings scheduled too close together.
You can import performances directly from an existing recital in the Recital Editor or upload a CSV roster. The system then evaluates recital rules and constraints to produce a draft program that can be reviewed and adjusted as needed.
💡 Why did Jackrabbit make this change?
Recital planning often requires significant coordination across classes, costumes, and families. Many organizations spend hours manually building performance orders and checking for conflicts.
The AI Recital Builder helps reduce that manual effort by analyzing recital data and producing a starting program order automatically, while highlighting potential conflicts that may require adjustment.
🛠️ What do I need to do?
Go to Jackrabbit Labs (Gear icon > Settings) and enable Recital Builder Beta (User permission required). Once the beta is enabled, you'll see Recitals as its own option in the Activities menu.
