✨ Promo Codes: Total redemption limits (🚧Jackrabbit Labs) - 04/09/26

❓ What is changing?

Take control of your campaigns with Promo Code usage limits!

You can now set a maximum redemption count for any code to prevent overuse by controlling exactly how many times a discount can be used. Once the limit is reached, the code can no longer be used in the Parent Portal - perfect for creating a sense of urgency and driving "limited-time" demand. Plus, with real-time redemption tracking, you can monitor performance at a glance and adjust your limits on the fly.

💡 Why did Jackrabbit make this change?

Previously, promo codes could be used without limits, making it difficult to manage usage and protect against over-discounting. This update gives you the control to run promotions more intentionally, while still allowing flexibility to adjust as needed.

🛠️ What do I need to do?

Ensure that Promo Codes and Promo Codes in the Parent Portal are enabled in Jackrabbit Labs.

Then:

  • Create or edit a promo code (Gear icon > Settings > Tuition and Discounting > Promo Codes).
  • Enter a value for Total Redemptions Allowed.
  • Save your changes.

ℹ️ Helpful Info

  • If a cart in the Parent Portal partially exceeds the limit, the code applies to the highest-fee enrollments first.
  • Promo codes without a usage limit will continue to apply without restriction.
