✨ Appointments: New Appointments reporting - 05/07/26

❓ What is changing?

A new Appointments report is now available, giving you a centralized place to track and analyze appointment activity.

The report includes visibility into:

• Student counts
• Booking volumes
• Average fees
• Revenue

You can filter by Appointment Type, Location, Categories, Instructor, Family, and date range to better understand your appointment activity.

💡 Why did Jackrabbit make this change?

Previously, appointment reporting was limited, making it difficult to understand booking activity and overall usage.

This update gives you a clearer view of how appointments are being used, making it easier to track activity, spot trends, and understand what’s working.

🛠️ What do I need to do?

Go to the Reports menu > Find Reports and enter the word "appointments" in the search field to locate the report.

ℹ️ Helpful Info

Access to this report is controlled by the User Permission View Appointments Reporting. This permission will default on for any user with permissions for managing Appointment Types or Appointment Bookings.
