✨ Camps: Digital attendance - 05/07/26
❓ What is changing?
You can now record attendance for camp sessions directly in Jackrabbit.
Users can mark students as present or absent for each day of a camp, creating a digital record of camp attendance. Attendance badges provide a quick visual indicator of each student’s attendance status within the session.

💡 Why did Jackrabbit make this change?
Previously, there was no way to track camp attendance directly in Jackrabbit, often leading to paper records or manual workarounds.
This update gives you a more reliable way to maintain attendance records, helping staff keep track of who attended camp sessions.

- Use the Manage Sessions button to open the Session Details for the camp you are working with.
- Select the session, then click Take Attendance.
- Choose the date you are recording attendance for within the session and mark students as either present or absent.
