❓ What is changing?

New reporting capabilities have been added to Promo Codes in Jackrabbit Labs, giving you greater visibility into how your promotional campaigns are performing.

You can now see how often each promo code is used, along with the discounts applied and revenue generated. The report includes enrollment, family, and transaction details, making it easier to understand the results of your promotions.

💡 Why did Jackrabbit make this change?

Previously, once a promo code was out in the wild, there was no easy way to see how often it was being used or what results it was generating.

These new reports give you visibility into promo code activity, helping you understand which promotions are getting traction with families.

🛠️ What do I need to do?

Ensure Promo Codes is enabled in Jackrabbit Labs, then review the new Promo Codes report (in the Transactions/Financials section of the Reports menu) to monitor usage and performance across your campaigns.

Users with the View Promo Codes Report permission can access the report.

ℹ️ Helpful Info

• Only enrollments where a promo code was successfully applied are included in the report.
• The report can be filtered by one or more promo codes or run for all promo codes.
• Optional filters include date range, activity, class, event, camp, and appointment.
• Each report row includes enrollment, family, and transaction details associated with the promo code redemption.
• Original price, discount amount, and final price paid are displayed for each transaction.
• Transactions in the report include a direct link to the related transaction record.
