✨ Edit All Classes: Enhanced bulk editing - 7/16/26

❓ What is changing?

The Edit All Classes page has been redesigned with a modern interface and expanded editing capabilities.

In addition to the updated experience, you can now bulk edit more class fields, including Class Descriptions, compare classes side-by-side, edit individual fields inline, and preview changes before applying them.

💡 Why did Jackrabbit make this change?

Previously, updating multiple classes often required editing records individually or using a more limited bulk editing experience.

The redesigned Edit All Classes page makes it easier to manage large numbers of classes, helping you update information more efficiently while reviewing changes before they're applied.

🛠️ What do I need to do?

Go to Classes > Edit All Classes and select the link to Try the new Edit All Classes. Use the filters in the Filter Classes drawer to drill down to just the classes you want to edit.

From the results, you can:

• Select one or more classes to perform a mass edit.
• Compare selected classes side-by-side.
• Edit individual fields directly from the results.
• Review your changes before confirming the update.

ℹ️ Helpful Info

• Class Descriptions can now be updated using Edit All Classes.
• Individual fields can be cleared (set to blank) during a mass edit.
• Validation helps prevent invalid updates before changes are applied. 
• All changes made through Edit All Classes are recorded in the User Activity Report.
