❓ What is changing?

Recital Builder Beta has officially graduated from Jackrabbit Labs and has been renamed Recital Order Generator.

The Recital Order Generator helps you create and manage recital performance orders using AI. Build an initial recital order in minutes, lock performances in place, add placeholders or intermissions, and save the completed order directly back to your recital.

💡 Why did Jackrabbit make this change?

Planning a recital order takes time, especially when balancing costume changes, siblings, and other scheduling considerations.

The Recital Order Generator helps you create an initial recital order faster, make adjustments as your plans evolve, and finalize your performance order with confidence.

🛠️ What do I need to do?

• Access the Recital Order Generator from Activities > Recitals.
• Import an existing recital created in Jackrabbit or upload a CSV file.
• Configure required sibling and costume gaps.
• Generate a draft order.
• Review the results and make any adjustments.
• Save the finalized order back to your recital or export it as a PDF.

ℹ️ Helpful Info

• You can lock performances before generating a new draft order, and locked performances remain in place while the remaining performances are reordered.
• Costume conflicts are given greater priority than sibling conflicts.
• Every AI suggestion is verified before being accepted. A suggestion is rejected  if it:
  • fails to improve the conflict score (or actively worsens it).
  • produces mathematical results inconsistent with the AI's prediction.
