❓ What is changing?

The Jackrabbit Class API and Webhooks are now available in Jackrabbit Labs for beta testing.

Together, they allow developers to build custom integrations, automate workflows, connect Jackrabbit with other business systems, and receive real-time updates when information changes.

💡 Why did Jackrabbit make this change?

Many organizations use multiple software platforms and want them to work together without manual data entry.

The API provides programmatic access to Jackrabbit data when an integration requests it, while Webhooks can notify connected systems when changes occur. Together, they provide the technical foundation for custom integrations and automated workflows.

🛠️ What do I need to do?

• Enable Jackrabbit Class API and Webhooks in Jackrabbit Labs.
• Ensure your UserID has the API Settings User Permission.
• Generate an API token from the Gear icon > Settings > General > API Settings.
• Create a linked sandbox organization to build and test your integrations.
