Adjust User Permissions to control Jackrabbit feature access

Objective


Adjust a user's permissions to control what features they have access to.

Solution


The Users & Permissions settings allow you to control which features a user has access to. User Permissions are managed from within each User ID profile. When a new Jackrabbit User ID is added, not all User Permissions are granted by default. This allows you to control who can perform sensitive tasks or access certain areas of your system. 

  1. Go to the Gear icon > Settings Users & Permissions.
  2. Click on a UserID to open their User Details.
  3. From the left menu, choose User Permissions.
  4. Select or clear the checkboxes to match the permissions you want the User ID to have.
    • In the Description field, search using keywords to find any related permissions, e.g., Appointments, Camps.
  5. Click Save Changes.

⚠️ A User must log out and log back in again to see new permissions take effect.
