Emails sent from Jackrabbit are not being received - email address bounced
Issue/Question
Some people are not receiving emails. I have confirmed their email addresses are correct and the emails were sent. How can we fix this?
Resolution
If the email addresses are confirmed as correct, it may be that the emails have bounced. There are several Reasons an email may bounce.Â
Email addresses that have bounced will appear on the Email Bounce Listing report. This report lists all email addresses that are not currently receiving emails and provides a brief reason for each; these addresses will not receive emails from Jackrabbit until they are removed from the list.
