Family status - Future enrollments
Objective
Understand how future enrollments affect a family’s active or inactive status.
Solution
In Jackrabbit, a future enrollment occurs when a student is enrolled in a class that has already started, but the student’s start date is in the future.
With a future enrollment, the student is not considered active until their start date, so the family remains inactive until that date.
Note: If a student is enrolled in a class that has not yet started, the student is considered active at the time of enrollment, and the family becomes active right away.
