Would it be possible to set up a call/ zoom call with someone from your team?

To schedule a call with a Customer Support Representative, click the ? icon in the top right corner of your Jackrabbit system to open the Help Center. Book a Call can be found at the top right of the Help Center. You will be able to choose an exact time and day from the available openings.

Unsure what type of call you need? We recommend choosing one of the Open Topic options. 

Do not see a time you want? There is an option to be added to a waitlist just before you Confirm Appointment.
