Chat with a Jackrabbit Support Representative

Issue/Question

I tried to find the chat feature, which I cannot locate on this new platform.

To chat with a Customer Support Representative, click the ? icon in the top right corner of your Jackrabbit system to open the Help Center.

Once the Help Center is open, select the Chat icon in the bottom-right corner to start a conversation.

Chat is open Mon - Fri 9 am to 7 pm Eastern Time. We look forward to hearing from you!
