Start a chat with a Jackrabbit Support Representative from within your Jackrabbit account.

Solution

You can start a chat with Support from the Help Center within Jackrabbit.

1. Click the ? icon in the top-right corner of your Jackrabbit account to open the Help Center.
2. Click the Chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the Help Center.
3. Start your conversation with a Support Representative.

Chat is available Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM Eastern Time.
