Set up text messaging in Jackrabbit

Get set up for texting with Twilio and Jackrabbit through a manual process while Jackrabbit's standard texting setup is paused.
Solution
âť—Jackrabbit's standard texting setup is currently paused due to regulatory updates. However, manual setup via Twilio remains available if you prefer not to wait.
Because manual integration requires advanced technical know-how, we suggest this option only for users who are comfortable configuring and managing their own Twilio accounts.
To initiate the manual set up process for texting in Jackrabbit, go to the Gear icon > Settings > General > Text Messages (left menu) and select Set Up Manually.
