Understand who can view notes entered on the Notes tab of Family and Student records.

Notes entered on the Notes tab of Family and Student records are intended for your organization's internal use.

These notes:

• are visible to Jackrabbit Users with the View Family Page or View Student Page permission.
• are visible to Jackrabbit Users with the Notes Grid permission (with or without the other permissions).
• are not visible to parents in the Parent Portal.
• are not visible to staff in the Staff Portal.
