Direct a family to view emails previously sent to them in their Parent Portal

One of our families has been having trouble receiving emails we send, can they see them in their portals?
Resolution
Yes! You can direct the family to view their email history in their Parent Portal.
- Log in to the Parent Portal
- Go to the Menu (3 horizontal lines)
- Select the Messages option
