A student’s eligibility for an activity with a minimum or maximum age is based on a specific date used to calculate their age.

By default:

• The student’s age is calculated using the activity’s Start Date.
• If the Start Date is today or in the past, the student’s current age is used.
• If the Start Date is in the future, the student must meet the age requirement by that date.

If a Cutoff Date is entered:

• The student’s age is calculated using the Cutoff Date instead of the Start Date.
• The student must meet the age requirement on the Cutoff Date to be eligible.
