Automatic family status updates when there are no active enrollments

Issue/Question

If I mark a family as Active, will Jackrabbit update it if they aren't actually active?

Resolution

Yes. Around 5:00 am ET each day, Jackrabbit runs an automated refresh that checks for active enrollments. Any family or student with an Active status but no active enrollment is updated to Inactive.
