Parent Portal Drop Requests - An Overview

Parent Portal Drop Requests allow families to request that a student be dropped from a class directly through the Parent Portal. Instead of managing requests through phone calls or email, your staff can review, approve, or deny requests from one central location.

You control which classes accept online drop requests, whether advance notice is required, the reasons families can select, and whether families receive email notifications after a decision is made. This helps create a consistent, documented process for managing class withdrawals.
