- Set up your Online Registration Form so families can enroll.
- Gear icon > Settings > Online Registration > Settings
- Review and update your class settings to control which classes appear and when.
- Class record > Summary tab
- Create a Class Listings Table and choose the classes and columns to display.
- Share the table using a direct link, email, social media, or add to your website.
📋 How Class Listing Tables work
Class Listings Tables pull class data directly from your system and display it online in real time.
- Only classes that are active, available for display, and within their registration window appear in the tables.
- Registration links connect families to your Online Registration Form, often with the class pre-selected.
- Full classes can still display, with or without registration or waitlist options, depending on your settings.
- You control what information appears, how classes are organized, and how the tables behave.
