CRM integration - An Overview
A Customer Relationship Management (CRM) integration connects Jackrabbit with a supported CRM platform, allowing contact information to flow automatically from Jackrabbit into your CRM. This integration eliminates the need to manually export and import contacts, helping you keep your CRM up to date while supporting marketing, communication, and customer engagement workflows.
CRM integration is designed for organizations that use a CRM built on the HighLevel platform. Once connected, Jackrabbit becomes the source for contact information, while your CRM provides the tools to communicate with and engage your contacts.
🚀 Get started with CRM integration
To start using the CRM integration:
- Connect your supported CRM to Jackrabbit.
- Sync your existing Jackrabbit contacts.
- Organize contacts automatically with Jackrabbit-generated tags.
- Communicate with contacts using your CRM's marketing and automation tools.
- Manage customer engagement from your CRM.
📋 How CRM integration works
CRM integration begins with an initial synchronization that sends your existing Jackrabbit contacts to your connected CRM. After the initial sync is complete, new contacts created in Jackrabbit are automatically added to your CRM, keeping both systems aligned without requiring additional imports.
As contacts are synchronized, Jackrabbit applies tags based on information stored in Jackrabbit, such as contact role, Family status, Family Location, and Problem Account status. These tags help organize contacts for automations, audience segmentation, and targeted communication. Jackrabbit updates the tags it manages as contact information changes while preserving any tags added manually in the CRM.
Email and text communication preferences are transferred during the initial synchronization. After the initial sync, communication preferences are managed in the CRM to ensure customer opt-out choices are respected and are not overwritten by future updates.
