Trial enrollment reporting
Objective
Understand which reports to use to track trial enrollments and their outcomes.
Solution
Jackrabbit tracks trial enrollments using the student's Enroll Type. As a student's trial progresses, the Enroll Type determines which reports include that enrollment and how it is reported.
Use the following reports based on the outcome of the trial:
- Enroll History Report - View students who were enrolled as a trial by filtering Enroll Type to Trial.
- Drop History Report - Report on students who completed a trial but did not continue enrollment by filtering Enroll Type to Trial. If the student does not enroll after the trial, drop the student from the Class and record an appropriate drop reason, such as No Show.
- Enrollment Detail Report - Track students who completed a trial and became enrolled by filtering Enroll Type to Trial-Enrolled.
Consistently updating a student's Enroll Type after each trial helps ensure reports remain accurate and supports reliable enrollment tracking.
