Recital Order Generator - An Overview
The Recital Order Generator helps you create and organize performance orders for your recitals. Instead of manually arranging performances one at a time, you can use AI to generate an initial recital order based on your preferred ordering rules, then review and refine the results before saving the completed order back to your recital.
Designed for dance and other recital-based organizations, the Recital Order Generator helps reduce the time spent planning performance orders while giving you full control over the final schedule. You can lock performances in place, add placeholders or intermissions, analyze conflicts, and continue refining your order as your recital plans evolve.
๐ Get started with the Recital Order Generator
Ensure your UserID has the Recital Module permission.
The Recital Order Generator is accessed from Activities > Recitals.
Before generating a recital order, ensure your recital performances have been created in the Recitals module. Alternatively, prepare a CSV file to import your performance data.
Decide which scheduling priorities are most important for your organization, such as minimizing costume changes, keeping siblings close together, or scheduling intermissions.
๐ How the Recital Order Generator works
Import an existing recital from the Recitals module or upload performance data from a CSV file.
