Add a Meta Pixel to the Parent Portal
Objective
Track visitor activity in the Parent Portal using a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel.
Solution
Jackrabbit Support can add your organization's Meta Pixel ID to Parent Portal Registration so Meta can record PageView events when visitors access supported Parent Portal pages.
Before getting started, you'll need your Meta Pixel ID, which can be found in Meta Events Manager. If you need help locating your Pixel ID, refer to Meta's documentation.
To use a Meta Pixel with Parent Portal Registration:
- Enable Parent Portal Registration in Jackrabbit Labs (Gear icon > Settings).
- Contact Jackrabbit Support by submitting a ticket or emailing support@jackrabbittech.com.
- Include your Meta Pixel ID, and we'll add it to your organization's settings.
