Understand the Process Class Registrations report

Objective

Understand what information is available in the Process Class Registrations report and how it can be used to manage Class registrations and enrollments.

Solution

The Process Class Registrations report provides a centralized place to review and track Class registrations, enrollments, trials, and Waitlist additions from Online Registration, the Parent Portal, and within Jackrabbit. The report can also help identify registrations or enrollments that may require additional action, such as posting fees.

What information is included in the report?

The report includes Class registration and enrollment activity from:

  • Online Registration
  • Parent Portal enrollment
  • Enrollments completed within Jackrabbit
  • Trial enrollments
  • Waitlist additions

ℹ️ Event enrollments are not included in the Process Class Registrations report.

How can the report be used?

Use the Process Class Registrations report to:

  • Review registration and enrollment activity in one location.
  • Identify Families that did not have fees posted with a registration or enrollment.
  • Find Parent Portal enrollments that may require fees to be posted.
  • Review where a registration originated using Registration Source.
  • View enrollment or registration types, including Waitlist, Enrollment, Registration, and Trial.
  • Review comments submitted by parents during Online Registration or Parent Portal enrollment.
  • Identify new Families and view whether Families have ePayment information on file.

ℹ️ The date range for the Process Class Registrations report is limited to 60 days.

How do Registration Statuses work?

Each registration or enrollment begins with a New status. The status can be used to track progress as the registration is reviewed and processed:

  • New - The default status when a registration or enrollment is created.
  • In Progress - Indicates work has started on the registration or enrollment.
  • Complete - Indicates processing is finished. The status automatically changes to Complete when a Student is dropped or transferred out of the Class, or it can be changed manually when work on the record is finished.

Internal Notes can also provide additional context. Jackrabbit automatically adds Internal Notes when a Student is dropped from a Class or enrolled from a Waitlist, and Users can add notes while working with a registration.
