Create Promo Codes

Create a new promo code to offer families.

Solution

Promo codes are created in the Tuition & Discounting Settings.

1. Go to Gear > Settings > Tuition & Discounting > Manage Promo Code Settings.
2. Select Create Promo Code.
3. Enter a name for the Promo Code and optionally add a description.
4. Select the Applicable Fee Type, activity fees or registration fees.
5. Set the Discount Type as either a percentage or a fixed amount.
6. Enter an Active Date for the promo code to become available and optionally set an Expiration Date.
7. If desired, set redemption limits.
8. When applicable to activity fees, associate the promo code:
   • By Activity - select one or more activities. Any existing promo codes for the activities selected will be displayed.
   • By Category 1 - select one or more Category 1s. The promo code will apply to all activities in that category.
9. Save Changes.
