Clone a User ID

Create a new User ID with the same permissions as an existing User ID.

Solution

Use Clone User Permissions to create a new User ID with the same permissions as an existing User ID.

1. Navigate to Gear icon > Settings > Users & Permissions.
2. Select the User ID you want to clone.
3. Click Clone User Permissions.
4. Enter the new User ID.
5. Enter a New Password and Re-enter Password to confirm.
6. Enter the user's first name, last name, and email address.
7. Select the user's Role(s).
8. If applicable, match the User ID to a staff person.
9. Click Save, then click OK to confirm the clone was successful.
