Add optional before and after care to Camps

Add optional before and after care time periods to camps with an additional cost.

Solution

In the Camp record, add additional Time Periods to define before and after-care options and their associated fees.

1. Go to the Activities menu > Camps.
2. Click Add Camp or, from the More Options menu in an existing Camp card, choose Edit.
3. Locate the Time Periods section.
4. Mark the checkboxes for Early Drop-Off and/or Late Pick-Up.
5. Define your Early Drop-Off and Late Pick-Up Start and End Times and Cost Per Session.
6. Complete the remainder of your camp's details (if adding new).
7. Click Save.
