Update the Parent Portal “Contact Us” email

Issue/Question


We need to change the email address for the “Contact Us” option in the Parent Portal.

Resolution


You can update the email address used in the Contact Us section of the Parent Portal by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon > Settings > Parent Portal

  2. Click on the Settings tab

  3. In the Communication section, update the “Reply to” and “Send Alert to” email address(es) fields
