Drop request submitted before student attended class
Issue/Question
Can a cancellation request be submitted by a parent before the student has started attending the class they are enrolled in?
Resolution
Drop Requests can be submitted anytime through the Parent Portal for a class the student is enrolled in as long as the class has Allow Portal Drop Request drop-down set to Yes. This drop-down can be found on the selected Class's Summary tab.
