Parent Portal Drop Requests - Submission before class start date
Objective
Understand whether drop requests can be submitted before a class has started.
Solution
Parents can submit a drop request before a class starts if the class allows it in the Parent Portal.
The class must have the Allow Portal Drop Requests setting enabled on the Summary tab of the Class record and must meet the Minimum Notice (days) setting, which dictates how many days in advance the drop request must be submitted before the last day of attendance.
