What is the best way to find unapplied credits from past years?

To locate Unapplied Credits, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Transactions > Find Unapplied Credits.
2. Select search criteria as needed to narrow the results - leave fields blank to include all.
3. Adjust the Transaction dates fields - clear dates to find all unapplied credits.
4. Click Submit to view results.
