Which fields are required for the new Parent Portal Sign Up?

Resolution

The Jackrabbit Labs beta feature, Portal Registration, lets new families sign up directly through the portal—no separate registration form needed.

To enable: Go to the Gear icon, select Settings > Jackrabbit Labs, and turn on Portal Registration. When enabled, new families can go to your Parent Portal login page and select Sign up and will need to fill out these fields:

How did you hear about us?
Last Name
First Name
Email
Phone
Password
Re-type Password

This quick process gets families into their portal account so they can enroll in activities with minimal effort.
