Automate registration fees for existing families

Configure Jackrabbit to automatically post registration fees whenever an existing family enrolls in a class through the Parent Portal.

Solution

Enable automatic fee posting within the Registration Fees settings menu.

1. Go to the Gear icon > Settings > Registration Fees.
2. On the left-side menu, select Existing Families.
3. Ensure Yes is selected for Do you charge registration fees?
4. Under the Where do you post the fees? settings, select either I want to post registration fees in the Parent Portal or I want to post registration fees in Jackrabbit and the Parent Portal.
5. Adjust the settings as needed for How do you post the fees?
6. Set desired options for Transaction Type and Category 1 and adjust any other Settings as needed.
7. Click Save Changes.
