Add a Google Tracking ID to the Online Registration Form to track visits and conversions.

Solution


Add a Google Tracking ID in Online Registration Settings to enable tracking for your registration form.

  1. Go to the Gear icon > Settings > Online Registration.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. In the General Settings section, enter your Google tag ID into the Google Tracking ID field.
  4. For the setting After Registration is complete, select the option I will redirect them to another page.
  5. Add a website URL in the Confirmation Redirection field.
  6. Click Save Changes.

Tip: Google Analytics shows how many people visit your Web Registration Form, but not how many complete it. By linking to your own confirmation webpage, you can track page visits to determine how many registrations were submitted. For best results, use a page that isn't linked in your site menus and is only accessible via direct URL. This page can include a thank-you message, reminders, or a welcome video.
