Can I add tracking code to see what channels are driving our conversions?
Resolution
Google Analytics will track how many potential customers are visiting your registration form. Follow the steps below to add Google Analytics to your Online Registration Form by linking your Google Tracking ID.
- Go to the Gear icon > Settings > Online Registration.
- Select Settings.
- In the General Settings section, enter your Google tag ID into the Google Tracking ID field.
- For the setting After Registration is complete, select the option I will redirect them to another page.
- Add a website URL in the Confirmation Redirection field.
- Click Save Changes.
Tip: Google Analytics shows how many people visit your Web Registration Form, but not how many complete it. By linking to your own confirmation webpage, you can track page visits to determine how many registrations were submitted. For best results, use a page that isn't linked in your site menus and is only accessible via direct URL. This page can include a thank-you message, reminders, or a welcome video.
