Parent accidentally enrolled a student twice
Issue/Question
A parent has accidentally enrolled their child twice to their family account. When I click on the duplicate, I don't see any option to delete it.
Resolution
If the duplicate student you wish to delete is enrolled, you will need to drop them from their Classes first before deleting.
Then to delete a duplicate student, follow these steps:
- On the Family Account > Summary Tab > Click the Student's name of the one you wish to drop
- Confirm this opened the Student Record (look for Student name at the top)
- Click the Delete button on the top left
- Confirm you do wish to delete and lose any information and click OK to Confirm
