Staff can't access student contact details in the Staff Portal

I have set up my staff portal but when teachers log in to view classes they cannot access the student contact details.

To Update Staff Portal settings, please follow the steps below

1. Staff > Staff Portal > Portal Settings
2. Under Family & Student Display Options
3. Check any boxes you wish for the Staff to view
4. Save Changes
