Add a Time Clock Department

Objective


Add a time clock department so staff can track hours worked by role, activity, or program.

Solution


Create new departments for staff time tracking in the Staff Portal Settings.

  1. Go to Staff > Staff Portal > Portal Settings.
  2. Scroll to the Time Clock Departments section.
  3. Select Add Department.
  4. Enter the Dept. Code, Dept. Name, and Dept. Managers.
  5. Select Save Changes.
