Why is my event not showing on the Event Calendar?

Resolution


When troubleshooting why an Event is not showing on your Event Calendar as expected, check the following areas:

Event Type

  • Does Display to Customers = Opened Dates Only or Opened and Booked Dates?
  • Has one or more Event Dates & Times been created for this Event Type?

Event Date & Time

  • Does the Status = Open or Notice?
  • Is the Invitation Only Event Date box unchecked?

If the answer to any of these is no, adjust the settings as required and Save Changes.
