Find families without payment information
Issue/Question
Is there a report that I can pull to find active families that do not have payment information added to their account?
Resolution
You can see what families are missing payment information by following these steps:
- Go to Families > All Families
- Go to your ePayment Status data visual and hover over the yellow part.
- Click the yellow part of the circle to get a list of all those families with No ePay Methods
- Note: If you only want to see Active families, click the Active side of your Status data visual
