Delete a Tuition Fee batch

Delete a tuition fee batch that was posted by mistake to remove duplicate or incorrect charges.

Solution

Delete Tuition Fees in bulk using the Delete Tuition Fees page.

1. Go to Transactions > Delete Transactions > Tuition Fees.
2. In the Post Fee Batch drop-down menu, select the desired Tuition Fee batch.
3. Enter additional search criteria as needed.
4. Click Submit.
5. Click OK in the confirmation window.

ℹ️ Tuition Fees linked to payments are not deleted and must be deleted individually.
