Copy an archived class to a new session

I want to create a class identical to an archived one with slightly different details.

Follow the steps below to manage two sessions at the same time and properly archive the previous session.

1. Create the new Session drop-down.
2. Copy Class Session.
   • If the classes you need to copy are currently archived, restore them before continuing with this step.
   • Use the Copy Class button to copy an individual class, or use Classes > Copy Classes to copy an entire session
3. Edit the new class(es) as needed. Example: Session, Start and End Dates, etc.
4. Archive previous class(es)
   • Use Classes > Archive to archive an entire session
   • Use the Archive Class button on a Class record to archive an individual class.
