Allow families to create an account without enrolling in a class
Issue/Question
Can a customer create an account before enrolling in a class?
Resolution
A customer can register using your Online Registration Form or through the Parent Portal* depending on your settings.
The Online Registration Form must have the Class Enrollment drop-down set to Optional or Hidden. To update this setting follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Gear (icon) > Settings > Online Registration.
- Choose the Settings tab.
- Set the Class Enrollment drop-down to Optional or Hidden.
- Save Changes.
*New families can register through the Parent Portal using the Sign Up link on the Parent Portal login page. This feature is only available if Portal Registration is toggled on in Jackrabbit Labs.
