Add an email recipient for enrollment notifications

Objective


Add an email address to receive enrollment notifications when additional recipients are needed.

Solution


Add additional email addresses in Notification Settings (separated by a semicolon) to send enrollment notifications to multiple recipients.

  1. Go to the Gear Icon > Settings > General.
  2. Select Notifications from the left menu.
  3. In the Notifications from Customers using Online Registration or the Portal section, add an additional email (separated by a semicolon) to one or both:
    • Online Registration Notification Email
    • Parent Portal Notification Email
  4. Save Changes.
